We enjoyed our stay in this city. The hotel's location was perfect, very central and convenient to all the important sites that we wanted to visit. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The breakfast offer was also great, and the staff were polite and helpful in arranging transportation and parking.
Everything was fantastic.

Location 100 out of 100. All the most interesting things nearby, including sightseeing, restaurants with fine Lebanese cuisine and boutique shops. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bathroom is very comfortable, the room is cleaned daily and the towels are changed. Breakfasts were good, though monotonous. We got a room with a beautiful view of the historic Amir al-Mansour mosque, the view was beautiful despite the second floor. There was no separate luggage room, but the staff at reception did not refuse this service.
Sounds from the hallway easily penetrated the room, but you could only hear them in the hallway. They never made it to the bedroom. The carpet would have been well cleaned or renovated. The TV wasn't connected to a cable TV, so it was useless. Hence the low service charge. Although on the whole, the hotel's experience was the best. Thank you, everyone!

15 minutes walk to G Spa. The location turned out to be perfect. Free Wi-Fi was provided and was essential.

The hotel is situated in a prime location next to the impressive parliament building and in a restricted area filled with fashionable bars like Sky bar at the roof of buildings. the room was spacious and well-designed with a huge bathroom. the front office staff were professional and accommodating with great suggestions for sightseeing. the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh bread, yogurts, deli meats, and cheese.
The Wi-Fi in the room was extremely slow and not worth the expense.

This is my second stay at the hotel. I booked the deluxe room instead of the grand deluxe which i have opted for last time. I have to admit the room was also beautiful, spacious and comfy. Their hospitality is spot on. I was offered a complementary fruit plate and drink upon my arrival. The hotel staff are vey sweet, helpful and kind. Nice view from the window overlooking the old ottoman mosque. In terms of location i think l'etoile is the best. I'm currently sitting for my CPA examination so the proximity to Amideast is a key factor in my location assessment. Not only does it take me 2 minutes walk to get there, the hotel is conveniently suited near souq Beirut and down town where you can find vast choices of restaurants cafes and stores. I would definitely recommend it to everyone i know and hopefully i will be back for future visits.

This hotel is a hidden gem with exceptional service and luxurious amenities. Upon arrival, the staff was courteous and accommodating, making me feel valued as a guest. the room was tastefully decorated with high, end furnishings, and private facilities were exclusive. the location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and shopping destinations.
The only minor issue was the limited variety of breakfast options, which was not adequate for a five, star hotel. the lining could have been of higher quality to match the luxurious theme of the room.

Room size and breakfast. Location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a varied selection and good quality.
Poor wifi and outdated decor. The wifi was frustratingly slow, making it difficult to work.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is in the center of Down Town Beirut, and a lot of the things to do, places to visit, and night life attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. some close attractions (by foot): - Nijme Square (Clock Tower) {right next to it} - Beirut Souks (High end shopping, Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema Complex, and Saturday farmers' market) {right next to it} - Zaitunay Bay (Luxury Bay with multiple gourmet and global restaurants) {12-18 min walk} - Monot Street (Nightlife, pubs, and bars) {5-7mins walk} - Gemmayze Area (cozy laid back restaurants, for wine lovers and loungers) {5-7 mins walk} - Gemmayze Theater (in Gemmayze area) - Nicolas Sursock Museum (Art garallery and exhibition) {15-18 mins Walk} - Mohammad Al Amin Mosque & Martyrs Square. {right next to it} Also, the hotel arranges taxi services for wherever you go (drop off / pick up), and deals with a company with modern cars with AC. moreover, they do their best to get your the best rate. this way so you don't have to worry about being over charged by taxi drivers in the street, and you assure your safety. In regards to safety (for those who worry about safety), I would say that Etoile Suites, due its location, is the safest hotel in Beirut currently. the national guards are on the area's gates 24/7 and no one unauthorized is allowed access to the premises (thumbs up). Room Review: Grand Deluxe Suite:- The room was very spacious, and features classic style furniture, kind of old school and reminds you of the good old days of grand hotels. everything was very clean and neat. although I had a smoking room, there wasn't any evidence of that "Musty Smoke Smell" that you experience in most hotels' smoking rooms (two thumbs up). The Bathroom was very clean, and comes with hot tub (in the room I booked). and the amenities were of high quality.
The only thing that was missing, and it would've been great to have, were a tooth brush/tooth paste and a shaving kit. The steam / water spray buttons on the Iron were defected. Otherwise, all was marvelous.
